It was a very personal build. Richard advised and answered Nancy's questions and helped throughout even designing and fitting out 2 bathrooms.
Richards Style:
Effective design and simple craftsmanship. Richard worked from a rough idea of what Nancy wanted. Richard came up with two plans and Nancy went more for the free standing. The design ideas and the building took around 1 year.
The kitchen was made of pippy oak character solid oak on birch ply carcase.
All of the wood was picked by hand and hand finished in oil.
